My 40 day “NEW ME” challenge

Girls yesterday I’ll put my hands up and admit I was like a woman possessed, I was determined to squeeze in as much boldness as I possibly could before Lent landed and I begin my 40 day “new me” challenge.

I was so intent on being bad ass yesterday I had hot chocolate and pancake for breakfast.  I drank literally NO water.  I rushed from work straight to The Bread Shop for a sneaky coffee slice before I collected Rhys from school, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ya can’t beat a cream cake from the Bread Shop.

I didn’t get to the gym and for dinner I shunned the healthy dish Tom slaved over in favour of Chinese take out, I even got chips with my Salt and Chilli Chicken something I never do.

Before I went to bed I took a detour into the kitchen and ate 3 kitkats, like just to be sure that I had enough badness to keep me going lol poor old Tom was horrified lol x

 

Today I woke up a slightly bloated but very motivated and on game new woman.  So here’s what I’m going to do for the next 40 days.  It’s a mixture of giving up stuff and doing stuff.

Posting a daily uplifting quote on Breast Friends

Filling in my Gratitude Book on a daily basis

Be more Positive and not as moany as I have been

Drinking 2 ltrs of water a day

Starting my day with Apple Cider Vinegar & Lemon Drink

Doing 4 classes in the gym a week

I don’t believe in just giving up stuff for lent I think it’s good to do stuff as well.  I always think Lent is a great time to make changes and I really feel it’s time for me to make some changes – so girls buckle up and lets see what happens over the next 40 days xxx
